Available in a bag with 5 tea filters or a jar. Mix one tablespoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for up to 5 minutes depending on preference.

Lemony Sage: lemon balm and sage blend. Relaxes, reduces cold/flu/sore throat/sweats.

Peppermint Chamomile: a blend for calming the body and aiding digestion.

R&R Blend: Lemon balm, Mint, Catnip, Chamomile blend to calm nerves, reduce pain, fever and cold symptoms. 

Lemon Balm: to relax tension, mild anti-viral properties and reduce gas.

Peppermint: cooling digestive aid, that's great for upset stomach.

Lemon Balm & Catnip: calming, warming, mild sedative good for insomnia.
