Personal training and nutrition coaching can help you improve posture and energy levels, reduce the risk of injury and become more comfortable in your body. Improve balance, regulate weight and establish healthy sustainable eating practices that are aligned with you and your goals.
All personal training plans include a diet plan to ensure that you are getting the best results possible. Meal plans can be altered for individuals that are: pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten intolerant (celiac), or diabetic.
If you are interested in an online personal training plan, a postural assessment is required. The reasoning behind this is to ensure that your body is functioning at its best. While also identifying any imbalances or weaknesses, so that we will be able to work together to create a workout program that is designed specifically for you and ensures reduced risk of injury. All sessions are currently being done virtually.
Postural and Nutritional Assessment (1.5 hrs)
- Discussion of goals and current fitness level
- Discussion of nutritional habits, goals, and any intolerances or dietary issues
- Full-body postural and range of motion assessment
- Discussion on findings and recommendations
Online Training (one month plan):
- ***Must be purchased with the postural assessment as all plans are built off of the postural and nutritional assessment***
- Individualized workout plan (3-5days per week)
- Individualized diet plan
- Supplementation/vitamin recommendations
- Progress tracking and weekly check-ins
30 Day Wellness Program

- Individualized exercise Plan
- 30-minute nutrition consult with a holistic nutritionist
