In a blender pour
1 cup 100% pineapple or orange juice
1 cup low fat probiotic plain yogurt
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries with ice
(or frozen strawberries, ½ c water)
Slice 1 banana
1 heaping scoop Hemp-pro powder
1 heaping tbsp ground flax seed
Leaves of 2 -3 mint sprigs
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Have fun trying variations of the above!
Instead use raspberries, sliced pear (yes with the skin) and replace the
Mint with 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger (or to taste)
